Project Description:

The objective of this project was to deliver software features that would enable the end users to create

customer invoices for the expenses recorded on the project. There are various expenses involved when

running a project (time confirmations, travel reimbursement shopping cart, third party hiring etc). The

purpose was to create customer invoices partially (this depends on the agreed contract) whenever certain

amount of work is completed.

In this ERP application a project manager could periodically create a customer invoice based on the

expenses incurred on the project.

Responsibilities include:

– Participated in the review of Solution Blueprint Documents (SBDs) that are part of professional services scenarios

and gave the feedback on SBDs.

– Derived specific requirements for the business objects from the SBDs.

– Enhanced existing Smart Forms for invoice printing.

– Developed a UI in FPM display employee Details,like Personal Details in one tab and Official Details in another

Tab.

– Created interface program to transfer Travel Reimbursement data received from Travel Portal to SAP .
