Evaluated and implemented Facilities change proposals for new construction and modification to existing facilities, monito red contractors,
subcontractors and vendors to ensure compliance with all federal, state, local, and Air Force regulations regarding environme ntal issues, industry
standards and customer Statement of Work requirements. Conduct field Site Surveys. Create 2 Dimensional or 3 Dimensional detail drawings
with architectural, mechanical, electrical and engineering fundamentals. Convert AS -built board drawing to AutoCAD format. Provide technical
guidance on system capacity and performance issues. Write takeoff estimates on new drawing proposal packages. As a lead Drafter my
responsibilities included coordinating and actively participating in construction project meetings. Delegated work assignment s, write annual
employee evaluations and weekly and monthly status reports.
Electronic Warfare (EW) Engineering Site Support:
Evaluated and implemented engineering change proposals. Generated new engineering design sketches. Develop 2 Dimensional and 3
Dimensional drawings using AutoCAD or Solid Works formats. Provide tec hnical and drafting support to test engineers, systems engineering
team, master architect, and site operations staff. Create to scale detail drawings of various Radio Frequency (RF) Antennas, Antenna mounts and
associated parts, CEESIM (Combat Electromagnetic Environment Simulator) transmit carts and associated equipment/parts, RAM (radar
absorbent material) layouts for the support of various test mission configurations.
Electronic Warfare (EW) Configuration and Data Management:
Monitor contractors, subco ntractors and vendors to ensure that the applications of customers and industry standards and requirement for the
statement of work are properly implemented. Develops and establish configuration management documentation based on program re quirements.
Ident ify requirements and coordinate development and implementation of computer based configuration, data management systems and
electronic data support. Provide work direction to subordinate work unit personnel. Attend Configuration Control Board (CCB) record minutes
and action items from programs and projects. Identify configuration management tool requirements and implement configuration management
systems. Prepares and approves Configuration Management Plans. Perform other configuration management related du ties and assignments as
directed.
Electronic Warfare (EW) Site Support Maintenance :
Oversees facility maintenance, repair, or alterations Direct, install, operate maintain and repair aircraft Electronic Warfar e Ground Test
Execution Mission Support Equipment (EWGTEMSE) to support aircraft avionics testing at the Benefield Anechoic Facility. Install, modify,
test, repair, overhaul, calibrate, maintain, evaluates, and certifies new and existing electrical systems/circuits, generator s, transformers,
switchboards, controllers, motors, circuit breakers, heating units, conduit systems and transmission equipment. This includes all sy stem and
associated hardware 600 volts or less, 400 cycle and 60 cycle power, explosion proof system, industrial lighting, environm ental control system,
batteries, chargers, fire system, water sewage and fuel pumps. Operation of 40 ton aircraft hoist, hydraulic test equipment, Polyalphaolefin
(PAO) system under test. Uses test equipment and BITE information to investigate, test, calib rate, analyze, isolate, and correct malfunctions on
the Energy Management System (EMS) and other integrated systems electronically and manually. Maintains all records of changes to any
technical orders, applicable regulations and operating instructions. Provides technical guidance and performs on-the-job training for all
technicians. Follow all safety practices and procedures to maintain a safe and clean working environment.
Preventive Maintenances:
Perform PMI’s and daily operational checks on mission critical equipment such as frequency converters, diesel generators, UPS motor generators
and substations to evaluate and determine whether or not facilities are operating within prescribed standards. Use computers to create database
reports, maintenance history and provide cost analysis a time lines for major projects. Operation of 40 ton aircraft hoist, hydraulic test equipment,
Polyalphaolefin (PAO) system under test Determines whether systems are acceptable and safe within prescribed tolerances for s upporting
