issue is a 6 Sigma Black Belt Project, the other has had DMAIC principles applied as a
method to resolution. As of 12/22/12 both issues had the root cause identified and new
processes developed and proven out with data. The RR Supplier ME is walking the new
processes thru the internal fixed process system.
