As a bookkeeper, my job was to prepare checks, prepare invoices, manage bank

Payroll, Recruitment Submodules as part of Global in tegration.
• Gathered business requirements for implementation of SAP HR (OM, PA, PY
& T M ).
• The scope of the implementation of HR module was defined and the Business
B lueprint was created.
• The configuration of the sub-modules was carried out in two steps: Baseline
configuration and final configuration.
• The final preparation of the R/3 system for going live which included testing,
user t raining, system management and cutover activities was done.
• In the live and support phase, the first early watch session was held, where
SAP experts analyzed the system’s technical infrastructure. The aim was to ensure
t he system functions as smoothly as possible.
