Responsibilities: I currently work primarily in the medication preparation facility of the Asthma &Allergy Specialist- PA where

the serums to treat the patient’s specific allergens are made and are prepared for administering. My duties include: shot

administration, determining accurate dosage per patient, ordering serum, product stocking, maintaining optimal temperature log,

patient chart management and discarding expired serum. I interact daily with patients, approach each patient with a positive

cheerful attitude and support the office with clerical and billing assistance.

Responsibilities: In this dual role as the assistant interim office manager and medical assistant I performed many duties to

Responsibilities: This job assignment was a temporary position. I performed pre-analytical processing and testing of laboratory

specimens to ensure the proper specimen is labeled and/or treated to perform appropriate testing. Accurately processed reports

Director (PFT, EKG, injections, audiograms, blood draws). I performed drug screen collections for both DOT and Non-DOT

drug screens, ensured preparation for pick-up and shipment to appropriate laboratory. Lastly, I was responsible for performing

office clerical duties such as answering telephones, check-in, check-out and record processing as requested by Center

Administrator.
