Executive Assistant/ Project Coordinator/ Estimator
As Executive Assistant, I’m often referred to as “the right hand”. I directly
support the CEO with intense attention to detail tasks for both GCC and personal
needs during business hours. Supporting the CEO with responsibilities to include but
not limited to calendaring, travel arrangements, appointment setting, booking
accommodations, phone and email correspondences, office organization,
implementing new procedures, reports and ordering supplies. As Estimator, my
responsibilities include direct contact with owner/architect/engineers, sending RFI’s,
distributing of plans through ISQFT, Reviewing plans and bids with subcontractors,
scheduling site visits, preparing bids for owners. As Project Coordinator, my
