QA Document Control Manager (2011 – 2013): Managed, directed, and controlled daily operations and
long-term planning activities of the department. Supervised two employees and worked with hiring,
training, and performance management to ensure a well-qualified team. Supported the Quality Assurance
Department assuming responsibility of the FDA notifications and retrieval activities required by Consent
Decree. Mentored, coached and trained the Core Team members to ensure correct management of suspect
products during the manufacturing process. Identified and established goals and objectives for the
Document Control Department staff showing accountability and building coalitions across the
organization.
Manufacturing Supervisor (2008 – 2011): Responsible for the daily operations of the Blood Bank
Manufacturing Department. Recruited, hired and trained new employees for the Technical Services and
