As a Unit Leader (a level just below the President of the corporation), my
background at
WesTech Engineering, Inc. is about as far reaching as 23 years for a
company can be.
In my daily dealings with my HR department, I have been of the opinion that
Julie was
the HR department. Julie was the first person I went to for everything
because she would either get it done or, on the rare occasion she couldn't,
find someone that could get it done. In addition, her compassion and
concern for our employees surpasses the majority of people at our company.
Julie is hard working and caring; two things that every employee needs.
