Job Duties: I work as a customer care representative. Taking inbound calls assisting customers with our
Online Banking System, resetting passwords, walking the customer through the enrollment process,
taking payments, etc. If the customer was unable to make a payment on their next due date, I would place
a hold on payments that was scheduled to be deducted from their bank account, provide extensions and if
they would like give change their due date. Also set "promise to pays" if they were experiencing hardship.
Send emails to our opts department if there were any mistakes on the account for example incorrect Date
of Birth, wrong social, incorrect spelling of the name. I would have the updated and corrected. I would
educate the customer about their loan with Capital, so there were no surprises. My goal was to provide
excellent customer service and to always provide options and I did just that.

Job Duties: I worked as a customer service Representative in the MetLife Tricare Dental Program. Taking
inbound calls answering customer questions they had about claims. The majority of the time questions
about claims were asked to why they were denied, and that’s when I would explain that there is missing
information that MetLife needed to reprocess & have it be reviewed by our consultants. As you know
Tricare is dealing with the military, all of customers were either the Sponsor (the person who is in the
military) or the Spouse. Sponsors would call in to enroll their wife and children into the program, I would
enroll them accept a down payment from their credit or debit cards. If they wanted I set up recurring
payments, also making payments on their accounts. I sent referrals if necessary to fix mistakes. I
promoted self-service if they wanted to go on our website. If they had questions about their bill answered
them, explaining when they missed payment. I updated information in the system, for example addresses,
phone numbers & email addresses etc.
