1. More than five years’ experience in development of vaccine formulation and

vaccine delivery system. (My PhD project)

2. From 2009 to 2013, worked as an instructor teaching granulation and tablet

compress in the highly popular “Hands-on Course in Tablet Technology” hosted

by the University of Tennessee. As the only hands-on course in tablet technology

in the United States, it has trained more than 2,000 professionals in

pharmaceutical industry and regulatory agencies from 13 countries since 1998.

4. Preformulation studies, granulation for solid dosage forms (high shear

granulation, extrusion-spheronization, hot-melt granulation, fluid bed granulation

and roller compaction), tableting, coating (pan coating and fluid bed coating),

spray dry, dissolution and disintegration tests, development of analytical methods,

such as HPLC and NIR.

5. Techniques for bacterial culture and cell culture of primary human & mammalian
