Create bills on line for trucking company/ find missing product in warehouse/packed small product/ Inventory

control/ scanning RF guns /assember desk/lead in assembly/ faxing over trailer packing list and bills info to

trucking company /make sure vendor product was in house when needed./ Took classes in lean manufacting .

Conduct and promote safety and made sure everyone was being safe.

Accomplishments

I worked at Herman Miller 17 years/ I have learned it all and helped in all areas of company. Learn recycling

of all and any parts . Making sure shippment went out on time . Worked over time when needed . I was a great

asset to the company. Would go above and beyond to insure product goes out in the time customer needed

always customer first .Learned how to continuous improvement in all productions areas and shipping of the

company took classes . If vendor sent wrong parts I would drive to vendor and get the correct items needed. If

the puller was to go to a rack location to pull desk and that order# was not there then It was my job to locate that

desk . I would back track and pull packing list that desk came into the warehouse on. And I would investigate

look up other items that were put away from that same packer and go from there until that deck was found.

Had a great relationship with other sites . If other sites needed something sent back I made sure It was put on

a trailer and would call and let them know the trailer# It was going back.

Skills Used

Computer entering product #'s and print out scanning lables/ Learned Herman Miller"s system helped in all

areas when needed. Inspected product for quality before shippment/ I have a strong need to do the job and

do it well . I comuicate very well with others to make sure we arrive at the same point In getting the job done

and done right. Strong computer skills and customer service. Enjoy working in the warehouse / shipping jobs.

Drove hilo when needed . Inventory control did audits cycle counts.
