airframe on the MRJ program. CATIA V5 and SmarTeam was used for design

development.

Boeing Commercial Airplane Group, Long Beach, CA
February 2008 - June 2011
Design Engineer:
- Project Lead on airframe repair designs for 7-Series aircraft. The
repairs included problems with corrosion and cracking of airframe
structure. CATIA V.4 and V.5 was used for all design and development of
these repairs.

August 2006 - November 2007
Design Engineer:
- Cargo barrier attachment system for 777 Freighter Program. The
system consisted of adding new intercostals for load distribution and tie
rod attachment system between the cargo barrier and intercostals.
CATIA V-4 was used for all deign and development of this system.

November 2005 - May 2006
Design Engineer:
- Under floor structural modification for increased cargo load weight
and 9G cargo net loads for an EMB-120, Passenger to Freight Conversion
program. Other duties were the design of new floor panels, cargo
handling system. CATIA V5 was used for all design and development.

Gulfstream Aircraft Company, Savannah, GA.
August 2005 - November 2005
Design Engineer:
- Fuselage modification of a Gulfstream-GV for the Airborne Early
Warning System program. Using CATIA V4 to modify the fuselage to attach
external frames and fittings for radar and faring installation.

Sikorsky Helicopter Company, Stratford, CT.
November 2004 - August 2005 Design Engineer:
- Airframe/Structures liaison engineering on the production line on
S92A program using Catia and Enovia.

Design Engineer:
- Preliminary design of fixed wing aircraft anti-vibration engine
mounting systems for proposal/contract presentations using Inventor and
SmartTeam; Detail design and development of the engine mounting system
when contract is awarded; Converted Autodesk Inventor and Mechanical
Desktop solid models to CATIA models and back to comply with customer cad
systems;

Design Engineer:
- Design and development of primary structures for CH-47E Chinook
forward pod redesign program; Design and development of under floor '6P'
stiffening for CH-47 Chinook, Vibration Reduction Test Aircraft (VRTA);
Design and development of primary structures for the removal of the CH-47
aft pylon, with the transmission; Design and development of wire
harnesses and routing for the V-22 Osprey. All programs were completed
using CATIA V4.
