I represented Kenexa RPO while working with our largest client,
UnitedHealth Group. I specifically supported UHG Recruitment
Services, the Human resource Department within UnitedHealth Group
that covers all of its subsidiary companies, such as UnitedHealth
Care, Ingenix, Americhoice, OptumHealth and UHG IT. In this role I
supervised 9 employees who maintained a proficient working
relationship with Hiring Managers for which they filled their open
requisitions or job orders. They could have been for one or more
full time employees needed, but all for various IT and Clinical
roles.
Positions for which my team were responsible for filling for example
were: IT Project Managers, Systems Analysts; Business Analysts, SAS
Administrators and SAS Technical Analysts; Application Developers and
Architecture Analysts.
During my tenure in this role, I helped Kenexa earn over $12m revenue
annually and have overseen the hiring of over 4,000 employees in
2010. These numbers represent an increase of over 25% each year
since I joined Kenexa in 2006.
I was been instrumental in achieving at least a 35% profit margin
within the Kenexa/UHG relationship while in this role.

I was responsible for staffing all positions as they were requested
by Encore Wire, always keeping a proactive approach. This includes
doing all drug screens, background checks and reference checks.
Follow-up with the new employee to ensure that all is working well in
their new environment.
Implemented all the raises that the probationary employees received
before going permanent, and all the steps necessary for the
transition to a permanent hire onto Encore Wire.

interview and promote internal personnel for promotional positions.
Coordinate and execute Job Fairs and community events in an attempt
to attract the best applicants for Southwest Airlines.
Facilitate classes for field personnel on how to interview and be a
part of the Interview Team for their respective position at their
