OTHER SIGNIFICANT ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Process Improvement / Lean Six Sigma
. Developed and implemented the first technician pay scale for audio-
visual company to include show technicians and touring technicians
. Developed and implemented an automated compliance assessment tool that
resulted in an increased response rate of 16 evaluations to 11,000
evaluations.
. Conceptualized and established an automated conflict of interest
database, with the ability to report on many metrics, for management
level up through all executives. This initiative enabled the
organization to successfully report any conflict of interest to Board
Members and provided the information necessary for IRS reporting while
decreasing processing time by 4 weeks.
. Facilitated process improvement initiative utilizing lean six sigma
methodologies to improve morale, efficiency, and quality of services
for specialized HR and healthcare business units.
. Effectively utilized In-Quality-Staffing methods to apply FTE
adjustments to work schedules to assure staffing at peak times and
drastically reduce salary for several positions to include clinical
nurses, behavioral health technicians, and secretaries. This method
identified potential savings to the organization close to $400,000 in
salaries.
. Implemented lean methodologies to decrease waste of gases (oxygen)
saving one hospital between $5,000 and $10,000 in one year, after
sharing the findings and methods with the other site hospitals the
budget is now being met and additional cost savings have accrued.
. Decreased work processing for two clinical administrative
professionals from a 6-week time frame down to two weeks taking
duplication efforts (errors) from 100% of the time to 91% of the time.
Provided performance consultation for RCA organization wide processes
that stemmed into larger corporate wide initiatives supporting the
organizational vision for quality outcomes.
. Green Belt coach for the Recruitment, Engagement, Education and
Development LSS initiative for Team Member on-boarding resulting in
cost savings, efficiency, and quality intake of team members.
