I am fluent in English and I have a degree (Minor) in English Language and

Literature from the University of Bucharest. During university I have also spent a

Website editor and writer Regular updates on news and information pertaining to

gymnastics, this can include: previews/interviews/opinion/history/profiles and video

analysis; covering important international meets or organising the coverage by

another writer; seeking writers to cover international meets/domestic specialist

Provisioning Team Leader (January 2010 – November 2012)

Responsibilities included: offering training for members of our team and staff from

Customer Support and Technical Support; managing the daily workflow of the

department; periodically evaluating the employees in the Provisioning Department;

communicating with customers for: escalated complaints, special requests; acting as

a liaison between the client and the company’s development team and network

engineering team.

Provisioning Specialist (September 2008- January 2010)

Some of my responsibilities were: to identify personalized solutions for new

subscriptions for VoIP phone lines or DSL connections, to provision the accounts

according to procedures, acting in an organized and efficient way, to communicate

with customers during and after the configuration process was complete until the

moment all the services provided worked as expected, to keep track of the

interactions with the customers in the designated systems (Microsoft CRM, billing

system etc.).

Customer Service Specialist (July 2007- September 2008)

First level troubleshooting of VoIP phone lines and DSL internet connections for

Canadian customer, in English and French – the position required a high standard of

customer service skills, professional email writing and telephone abilities, strong

problem solving and commercial skills.

Customer Support: My responsibilities included handling requests and answering

questions, over the phone and via email, from our customers regarding their hotel

reservations; modifying and cancelling hotel reservations; finding alternative

accommodation in case of overbooking;

The job required great communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to act with

promptitude in stressful situations, crisis management skills.
