OBJECTIVE:

To be recruited for a challenging position with a progressive organization capitalizing on my ability to lead and direct

regulations set forth by OSHA, US EPA, IEPA, USDA, DOT, NRC and the Illinois Department of Nuclear Safety as

required.

SUMMARY:

I have supervisory experience in various skill sets supervising from 1 to 80 employees. I have a pass record of leadership in maintenance,

operations and production. I have solid communication and interpersonal skills interacting with subordinate and suppliers. I have directed

scheduling, maintenance, manufacturing and production activities to achieve short and long range manufacturing goals and quality

objectives while operating within budget. I monitor performance and implement corrective action necessary to achieve business goals. I

also have some additional experience in customer service and sales. I am extremely dedicated, with 20 years of military background to

call upon. With ability to work in physically demanding and high-pressure environments I am available for any shift or work

environment. I am comfortable using Microsoft office and have used SAP in the past. I have an Associate Degree and I am continuing to

work toward my Bachelor’s Degree.

Supervision/Leadership:

Supervisor of 20-30 technicians in the process of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, Supervised using various

schedules including rotating schedule, as many as 40 production personnel in the process of meeting orders for plastic

containers, responsible for the proper operation of 5 production lines all running different orders hire, train and develop

new employees. Maintain and review union guidelines ensuring policies and procedures are followed. Schedule and

assign employees to maximize effectiveness. I haves several years of experience writing employee annual evaluations.

Quality Assurance/safety:

Improve working procedures as well as proper implementation of GMPs including Quality and Safety. Maintain product

quality specifications, ensuring customer standards, technical specifications are accomplished. Evaluate processes and

initiate improvements document processes/procedures. Ensure that production schedules are followed in the most

effective way. Conduct group meetings to review; operations, procedural changes, safety and quality issues Participates in

incident investigations concerning accidents/safety violations, ensures safe work practices are followed. Conduct Behavior

Based Safety audits. Ensure all safety processes are followed during all maintenance actions. Maintain strict compliance

with quality and safety measures.

Administrative/Training Duties:

Assist in training shift members in process equipment, production and safety procedures, and plant rules. Maintain

production schedules, I am also proficient in MS Office, developed several spreadsheets to improve reporting procedures.

I am actively involved in scheduling, special projects. While on active duty designed and developed training initiatives.

While in the US Navy Trained over 700 recruits, maintained paperwork and completed daily tasks in a deadline-oriented

environment. I instructed personnel in forklift and shipping/receiving procedures. Lead maintenance manager of 20

maintenance employees at forward base in Sigonella, Italy. I Oversaw completion of $240,000 in work space repairs,

which improved efficiency.
