floor. Engaging customers with a warm, positive attitude made the customer
comfortable to accept assistance. Contacted store manager for assistance if
returned items were potentially stolen from another store or done
fraudulently online that appeared to have no security devices attached to
them; especially if customer had no receipt on them. Instances like these
were written down & blacklisted.

yearly fashion shows. Heavily involved with cash register. In charge of
custom jewelry & lingerie department. Stock was delivered twice a week &
was worked on immediately. Kept an eye on layaway ensuring customers return
to the store to pick up their items. Monitored fitting rooms ensuring
security attachments or price tags were not found to prevent loss. Visual
merchandising and dressing mannequins showing new season's styles. The
fashion bug credit card was also part of our weekly goal. Every time any
employee obtained a new, approved customer application, employees would be
rewarded $1 in their paycheck. Each employee who upgraded a customer's
credit card to the annual fee membership received $2 in their paycheck.
