Key Responsibilities

• Responsible to take an ownership of a project throughout the SDLC, starting from requirement stage to Go

Live stage.

• Bridging the gap between various business groups and internal Development team/Vendor/Other internal

groups.

• Understanding the business requirement & business challenges from various business groups.

• Understanding the feasibility of the requirement and suggest/discuss best of the solution.

• Gathering detailed business requirement from users. Perform cost-benefit analysis & preparing the BRS.

1. ICICI-JET Airways Credit Cards

ICICI bank and JET Airways come together to launch credit cards. Under this campaign 3 credit cards are set

which provide different benefit to customers.

2. Delhi Metro smart card auto top-up interface

Auto top-up interface needs to be built between Delhi Metro's Contactless Smart Cards (CSC) and ICICI credit/

debit platforms and also for issuance of combo cards (ICICI Bank credit with Metro transit chip embedded

in them).

3. PRIME 3 to PRIME 4 Migration

PRIME is TSYS Card Tech’s card & merchant management system. It can be used for Acquiring, Issuing,

or both functions. This system is a combination of many sub-products (like Parameters, Job administrator,

Templates, Workflows, Reward points, Fraud guard, Online etc.).

4. Priority pass

Priority Pass is the world’s largest independent airport lounge access card. It allows customers to enjoy access

to VIP lounges in many countries worldwide. ICICI Bank also provide priority pass to its valuable customers.

We have removed the manual process of generating embossing file for priority pass creation.

5. Inventory Management

Inventory management used to keep track on credit card plastic stock management. Currently this process is

manual. OPS team maintains excel sheets for stock management. This project will remove all manual process

and remove maintaining data in excel sheet. Also new system has some very good functionality like bulk

upload of data, from which large amount of data is uploaded to the system for processing, which reduces the

time taken by the user.

Business System Analyst

• Requirement gathering & System Study (Functional as well as technical) from key stake holders.

1. Bank Quarter Allotment System

This system is a web application which runs on the Intranet of IDBI Bank ltd. The main purpose of this system is

to centralize the allotment of banks quarters which are located through the country. There are three categories

of IDBI banks quarter (Owned Flat, Dormitories and Lease Flats)

2. Annual Increment System for Officers

All the employees of IDBI Bank are eligible for increment every year. Increment depends on the various

grades, stages and the nature of the grade in which the employee falls i.e. Temporary or Permanent. This is a

centralized system which checks all the necessary conditions from the banks centralized database and runs

a PL/SQL procedure which calculated and generates the increment report.

3. Holiday Home Allotment System

IDBI Bank have Holiday homes all across India. All the working and retired employees of IDBI Bank are eligible

for Holiday Home. This is a centralized system which checks all the necessary conditions from the banks

centralized database when employee applies for the same.

Project Undertaken During Internship

1. PAR (Online Performance Appraisal System)

This system is a web application which runs on the Intranet of IDBI Bank ltd. Includes features like online filling

up of the appraisal form by the appraise officer from all over India, assessment by the reporting officer and the

reviewing officer then forwards it to the HR department for further processing.

2. Security Payroll System

This application handles the payment of security personals at IDBI Bank all over Mumbai. Salary is calculated

on the basis of number of days present and over time days. Payment reports are then forwarded to security

company for tally, after that payment is released to the security company along with salary slip.

Business Net - May 2005 to December 2005

• To prepare basic template for application as per user requirement.

• Responsible for designing the database architecture and build the logic for modules, prepare test cases.

• Develop application as per given requirement and perform testing.

Search engine for call center person to solve the customers query ASAP. It searches the files like word files,

excel files, PDFs, text files, PPTs etc.
