. As senior operating executive, provided strategic and tactical
leadership for support of 46,000 Special Forces personnel (US
Army, Navy, Air Force).
. Captured significant cost savings and elevated mission-
readiness through efficiency, productivity, quality and safety
improvements throughout organization:
- oversaw $3 million operating budget and held full profit and
loss responsibility
- strong performance in management of a $40 million supply and
capital equipment inventory
- saved $700,000 annually by reorganization of the Repair Parts
Distribution System
- reorganized the Operations and Maintenance warehouse and

DIRECTOR OF LOGISTICS/ READINESS

responsibility of all support functions relating to supply,
service, intermodal transportation, maintenance (ground and
air), mobilization, airfield safety and distribution:

. As Senior Logistics Officer, directed the performance
optimization and multi-functional task readiness of unit that
supported 24,000 military personnel, 21,000 weapons systems and
equipment, 5,000 vehicles, 480 aircraft and 4,500 radios and
components:
- led an aggressive streamlining process of all repair parts
warehouses that reduced excess by $20 million
. Pioneered master plan for multi-million dollar projects to
maximize resource allocation efforts in project funding, budget
adherence, human capital, materials management, and contingency
planning. Scope including projections for airfield terminal and
air runway development.

logistical operations and plans that ensured
over 18,000 personnel, 21,000 weapons systems, 3,500 vehicles,

deployed anywhere in the
world at a moment's notice (as Lieutenant Colonel):
- oversaw food services operations that provided sustained
sustenance to 18,000 soldiers
- reduced excess inventory in division by $10 million
- published a monthly newsletter informing "customers" of
latest changes in the areas of maintenance, air and ground
transport, supplies and other pertinent deployment data
