In retail worked my way up from part time employee to store manager in various
companies. Always having above average customer service marks and sales
were among the best in the company.
I mentored many associates that were promoted into leadership roles. I believe it
is just as important to listen to your people as it is your leaders, because those
around you make you successful.
I was honorably discharged from the US Air Force after my four year enlistment
was completed.
While working construction I assisted in both the building and hiring of sub-
contractors. Both new construction and remodels we completed.
INTERESTS
I enjoy playing, coaching and watching sports, learning new ways to motivate
and communicate. I also have been an athlete my whole life so enjoy staying in
shape, going to the gym and riding my bike. I have two children and make every
attempt to be a part of their out of school activities as well.
