06/11 - 06/13

Vale is the 3rd biggest Mining Company in the world; it has a workforce of

about 100.000 employees and USD 60 Bi revenue in 2011. It is the world's

biggest iron ore producer and 2nd in nickel. The company accounts for a

third of the world's ocean-shipped iron ore. Other products include

bauxite, kaolin, and potash, steel, copper, and aluminum. It has holdings

in hydroelectric power generation and in the rail and shipping businesses.

VALE hired 10.000 people to construct in Argentina the world's biggest

potash mining project, which included drilling hundreds of water wells with

cutting edge oil technology, developing the first Shale gas project in

Latin America, rising a hi-tech plant with dissolution technology, building

a location for 3.300 people with all utilities, a new airport, a new

interprovincial bridge, roads to stand heavy-load trucks, 500 km (313

miles) of new railways, and a new big sea port. Due to economic and

political reasons, VALE canceled the project earlier in 2.013.

Administrated contracts, audited contractors, generated bi-weekly reports

to local government, Led the Crises prevention team, the Management process

QA, the loss prevention function and the Inventory management.

Administrated the construction site, coordinated security and general

Incorporated was formed when Baker International and Hughes Tool Company

merged in 1987. Through its Drilling and Evaluation segment, Completion and

Production segment, bits, drilling fluids and submersible pumps, Baker

Hughes makes products and services used from the drilling and the

completion phase through the productive life of oil and natural gas wells.

Its Industrial service segment provides equipment and services for the

refining, process, and pipeline industries. Since 1944 Baker Hughes has

published a weekly report that counts active drilling rigs, and which

serves as a barometer for the industry.

Led the division`s finance consolidation into "One Baker Hughes". Achieved

all objectives in Finance, Statutory Accounting, Shared Services, Tax,

Reporting, Budgeting and Audits handling. Led the finance outsourcing

project. Key member of the Mexico management team.

customers' assets.

V Led a seamless currency conversion from the Bolivar to the Bolivar

Weatherford currently operates in more than 100 countries across the globe

a- Sr Special Projects Manager - Brazil 2003 - 2007

Acquired a business unit in Rio, Brazil, then led its Change Management.

Implemented SOX and the ERP system (JDE). Managed and re-engineered a

business unit with a manufacturing plant in S o Paulo. Spurred SG&A savings

by implementing the division's finance consolidation into "One

Weatherford". Increased profitability through Price Management. Negotiated

a Joint Venture with Repsol-YPF in Argentina.

Achievements:

V Improved profit due to selected price increases in non-commodity

products and services.

V Acquired and integrated the Zimec manufacturing family business in

Rio.

V Successfully implemented SOX within schedule.

V Restructured sales functions in the Johnson Screen's industrial

b- LATAM South Region Controller - Buenos Aires, Argentina 1997 -

2003

Led all non-technical O&G functions (treasury, tax, G/L, invoicing, A/R,

A/P, F/A, region accounting consolidation, manufacturing costs and

inventory as well as HR, Legal, IT and Real State). Key player in the SBU's

strategy and business development.

V Successfully started-up the Peruvian branch.

V Restructured F&A functions by geographic area to give better and

closer support to operations.
