EXPERIENCE Customer Service Associate, 07/2010 to Current Wawa, Inc. - Richboro, P A At Wawa, while on the floor, my basic duties include operating the cash register while keeping customer flow maintained and satisfactory. I often step in when management is unavailable to check vendors in or our of the store, record spoilage and check inventory, as well as handle any customer issues. While in the deli, my responsibilities include preparing orders in a neat and timely fashion, stocking hot and cold food items, and preparing coffee as needed. The things that I enjoy most about my job at Wawa are the customers and people that I work with. I have made many good friends and have lasting memories of good times had.

Volunteer, 04/2009 to 12/2009 The Bucks County Zoo - Warminster, P A Volunteering at the Bucks County Zoo was a rewarding experience all around. My duties included arriving at the Zoo first thing in the morning several days a week, and immediately walking up and down the aisles of animal enclosures to asses that all the animals were doing well. Shortly after all cages were cleaned and fresh water was provided, food preparation began which involved tedious and specific dietary needs for many different species of animals. In addition to providing daily care and enrichment for the animals at the Zoo, I assisted in the education of visiting children's schools and the general public about wildlife preservation. Other duties at the Zoo included driving the company van, picking up supplies from other businesses, and assisting with veterinary procedures.
