Director, Environmental Services & Patient Transportation
Successfully built profitable partnerships with clients spearheading the
development of best practice patient transportation and environmental
services practices. Challenged with the safe and timely movement of up to
800 medical, surgical, cardiac, pediatric and women's patients per day and
the cleaning of a two million square foot health care facility, developed
processes and protocols to reduce length of patient stays, and positively
increased productivity and resultant revenues. Managed $7M in annual

that created or adapted innovative approaches utilizing Lean Six Sigma
in greatly improving bed turnaround times, facilitated expedient
discharge processes and performing more than 1.5 million patient

services teams ensured thorough and detailed research, analysis and
implementation of processes and protocols for improved patient

patient, staff and physician satisfaction scores by 56%.
