* Make and execute plans, power points, spreadsheets, and demonstrations in which my team members came to depend on because of my creativity and ability to meet deadlines
* Train others to apply knowledge gained as evidenced by assessments, projects, and oral reporting. My students made near statistically impossible gains in knowledge in a single year on state assessments.
* Conduct research, administer assessments, and collect data. I kept accurate records so my caseload would be assured they received the accommodations, modifications, and services they needed.
* Demonstrate knowledge through reports. I worked in a data team to analyze data from assessments to improve performance. By using this data, we were able to make significant gains in improvement.
* Maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders as evidenced by various “Thank you letters, letters of recommendations, and letters to the principal and superintendent from parents, students, and colleagues.
* Ability to work in teams to accomplish goals. All instructional and non-instructional planning, data collecting, and reporting was done in collaboration with various teams.
* Maintaining strict confidentiality. I established trusting relationships with special needs students and their parents to learn what they needed to be successful. I also provided these services without other students discovering their disabilities.
