QUALIFICATIONS: ~Experienced in blueprint reading, technical drafting and design, machine tool

metal working, basic and advanced tool and die making, operation of mills,

lathes, surface grinders, drill presses, I.D. and O.D. grinders, and precision

tool grinders.

~Certificate in Master Cam 9 - 16 emphasis on Auto Cad 2004 - 2013

and other CNC programming.

~Worked on injection molds, blow mold ( made parts such as injection pins,

slides, cavity, screw bushing, manifold, and heater probe. Designed a built

machine that was cost saving to the company. Built draw dies, punch dies,

single stage dies and transfer dies.

~Experience working with precision tools, designing machines and making

fixtures. I have installed heavy machinery, including precision draw dies,

lathes, mills, grinders, and other. I have performed maintenance on all these

machines, including dismantling, operation and repair.

~15 years experience in tig,mig, and stick welding. Customize cars from

suspension, frame and paint jobs. Basic industrial maintenance electrical

skill also.
