PERSONAL STATEMENT
A recent business management graduate who is keen to become a trainee
recruitment consultant whom posses the drive to become a company director
in the future. Currently employed as a customer service adviser with a
globally recognised travel company. Through this position has become
commercially aware and sales target driven.
Further experience has helped gain knowledge in building client
relationships alongside a tireless work ethic all of which is required to
become a successful recruitment consultant.

Working in a busy call centre, providing customer service and dealing with
customer complaints. At the same time achieving company sales targets in
regards to discount Coach cards and insurance.
Responsibilities:

. Dealing with both inbound and outbound calls.
. Ensuring emails were answered whether they are complaints or general
enquires.

I worked at Pizza Hut from the age of 16 and spent a year there during my
gap year from university were I worked as a supervisor whom assisted the
duty managers on shift, I was expected to mange a small team of backroom
staff and report back to management at the end of shifts with any issues or
concerns I had with my team.

PERSONAL INTERESTS
Football - I have played football since the age of seven and still do. To
date I have had trails for Wolverhampton Wanderers and Birmingham city

Harriers youth squad. I also am a home and away spectator of Aston Villa.
