Description:
< The existing system consists of manual operations for adding acids and
bases on vague pH values.
< The process, in present use does not make efficient use of ORP
(Oxidation Reduction Potential) Readings.
< Due to this, the harmful chromium hexavalent (Cr+6) is not completely
converted to chromium trivalent (Cr+3), keeping it unsafe for animal,
plant and human life.
< To overcome this problem, the system is controlled using PLC which
records the exact values and performs the operation accordingly.
< The system also maintains the past record of events and readings.
