The California Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) is in the process of

replacing its existing Department of Motor Vehicles Automations (DMVA)

system by implementing a web browser-based replacement application

known as Enterprise Applications Services Environment (EASE) following a

phased approach. This phased approach to replace DMVA by EASE will be

accomplished through a series of work streams. The Data Communication

System (DCS) inquiries and Court inquiries portions of EASE have been
