Logging information regarding gas service reports using an Oracle SX3 database, to include data on gas safety
checks and new boiler and heating system installations.
Removing invalid, corrupt and inaccurate gas service reports from the database.
Using IBM Lotus Notes to e mail weekly invoices to contract works housing officers and send fax
Accurately Filing all contractor (JD, MITIE, PH Jones) and British Gas Job sheets
Dealing directly with contractors, tenants and the general public via the telephone, responding to and resolving all
