I would love to bring my youth, intelligence and motivation to the table with the opportunity to grow through my prime with your company. I feel my experience at the age of 33 is rare in today’s Tool & Die industry. As you already realize a qualified Tool & Die Maker is a dieing breed in our industry. Prototype Die & Stamping Experience

Manufacture a Die from start to finish. Make the necessary adjustment to a Die though out the life of the Die. Cut, shape and trim blanks with the use of saws, power shears, hand tools and Tool Room machinery. File, grind, shim, polish, stone, and adjust a Die assembles to fit correctly. Inspect a finished Die and Stampings for smoothness, contour and defects and make proper corrections. Set up, operate and maintain manual and power hydraulic presses. Repair a damaged die and design jigs, fixtures and templates for use to aid to manufacture blanks from the start to the finish stamping.

Experience maintaining part quality on a variety of CNC machining centers. Ability to reverse engineer any manufacturing issue affecting part quality. Ran all trial runs on new production and test tooling. PPAPP a variety of newly rewarded business. Maintained part quality with the use of hard gages, CMM reports, BTI results and visual quality issues. Assist engineering and operations as a team player to manufacture the highest quality corner assemblies in the industry. Believes there is no challenge in the Machine Tool field or any field that can’t be solved with a little dedication and hard work.
