. Responsible for the introduction of Fiber Optic laser system to save
capital in gas (He and Ar) and yearly power electricity consumption.
. Tooling Department responsible from design concept to release tooling
in production considering friendly tool design that can be performing
easily a changeover on the line, assuring no damage or hitting the
tool and keep track of the tool, standardize tooling material and
hardness.
. On charge to request capital projects for new lines or equipment.

Inflator Area.
. Responsible to generate the Capital Expenditures each FY for the
inflator assembly reviewing all new projects with all departments.

required in the plant developing timing based on the delivery and PV
events.
. Responsible to install new assembly lines and new equipment required
in the plant, reviewing and approve machine design specs and spare
parts required, implementing new quality controls in the assembly
lines introducing without affecting the safety and productivity,
relocating assembly lines and equipment depending the requirements,
refurbishing machines to save capital.
. PFMEA responsible keeping updated according with the required quality
changes and also reviewing and release Engineering Orders of current
and new inflator's that will impact the plant.
. Responsible to transfer assembly lines to another sister plant and
support them during installation assuring the correct functioning.
. Authorize the purchase requisition of spare parts.
