Managerial Responsibility
• Ensure that health and safety guidelines and regulations are enforced and followed by operations.
• Overseeing the production process, drawing up, communicating and implementing production plans based on customer orders.
• Make sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality according to customer specifications
• Evaluating production targets and achieving them within time and cost parameters
• Make sure that the monthly production targets are met.
• Ensure complete compliance with GMP's regulations
• Manage and approve vacation for operations.
• Write and prioritize maintenance work orders and POs weekly.
• Mentoring, motivating team members towards achieving defined goals and objectives for different project.
Technical Responsibilities

Merck (Research): May 20, 2010 - August 20, 2010
. Responsible for duties in research activities to develop and test new
products.
. Responsible for quality control.
. Assisted to produce efficient products and for this I modernized the
manufacturing process and production.
. Used various ways in research of biochemical products using
biotechnology equipment.
Mike's Farm Tobacco Processing: January 1, 2011 - December 1, 2011
. Treated the tobacco in batch reactors with several chemicals in order
to extract nicotine
. Measured the amount of nicotine and tar in tobacco leaves and
extracted to reach regulation amount
. Used several chemicals on tobacco in order to enhance the taste
Senior Process Design Projects: May 20, 2010 - August 20, 2010
. Designed a two-stage butanol fermentation plant to replace ethanol and
increase the efficiency of biofuel today. Aspen plus and Hysys were
used to design all heat exchanger networks as well as pumps. A butanol
economy will stabilize the cost of our fuel in the future. Generating
agricultural jobs, by producing hydrogen and butanol from corn, grass,
leaves, kudzu, digestible trash and anything that flourishes on the
planet.
. Bio. Transport: Designed and developed a more efficient liver
dialysis, through the addition of anti-bodies to an albuminate
filtrate system, which captured albumin toxins from the blood. This
would increase the performance of present day liver dialysis.
