fast paced medium size manufacturing job shop.
W ith travel within MN visiting customers, my people skills have helped me t o
be able to establish trust between the customers and my employer.
Continuous conversations with the customer or (customer engineering team)
to constantly improve their products or find/create methods to lower the cost
result in higher profit margins for both the customer and my employer. This
continuous improvement has kept many projects from going the common
route of overseas manufacturing.
I have doubled our business to with our (now) #1 customer in the medical field.
It has taken dedication, trust, learning of their product and knowledge of our
business and manufacturing techniques to achieve this goal.
I believe that customer trust, communication and the ability to continually
increase the customer’s bottom line margins is a necessity in this very tight
manufacturing segment.
I have 25 years of manufacturing experience with a variety of work conditions
ranging from proto-type to high volume production, from building custom
machinery to the simple brackets. I have been an Class “A” or Set -Up
operator on all key machinery in the fabrication shop (emphasizing on
forming) with welding & inspection experience also. I have been a Lead person
of several employees which has enabled me to be practical and effective as a
project manager. I have good people skills as well as a high level of production
knowledge which give customers confidence that their project will be high
quality and on time.
