SNAPSHOT
1. A result oriented professional with nearly 13 years experience in
control and monitor proper temperature of Billet and avoid any delay
pertaining to billet sticking and refractor displacement. Presently
associated with Parco group of company as Furnace In charge. Work
closely with the Operation shift in charge for proper control of
furnace during normal running. Control furnace temperature during
normal operation. Foreseeing performance bottlenecks and taking
corrective measures to avoid the same. Effective communicator with
excellent negotiation skills, with strong leadership qualities and
analytical power.

Since Jan 2012 to till date at PARCO GROUP OF INDUSTRIES (Ogijo, Ogun
State, Nigeria) as Furnace in charge.

M/s. African Foundries Limited (AFL), is a 0.5 Million Ton Per Annum
(MTPA) Greenfield ultra modern steel plant:-
_ 0.3MTPA bar Mill
_ 0.5MTPA Capacity steel Melting Shop
_Power Plant, Oxygen Plant.
Bar Mill is capable to Produce TMT Bars from 8mm to 36 mm with maximum mill
speed of 30 m/s. 2 Line Rolling After Roughing Mill. At one time can be
produce 2 type of TMT bar.
The mill is supplied by M/s Evergreen Consultant, reputed mill Manufacturer
in Taiwan.
Jan'2011 to Aug 2011 at Mukalla Iron & Steel., Yemen, as Furnace Forman.
Hot Rolling mill is having 120 MT/hr capacity of Re-Heating Furnace Make
-FORNI COMBUSTIONE, Geneva and Type of Furnace is Pusher Type,
Hydraulically operated.

CORE COMPETENCIES
1. To control and monitor proper temperature of Billet and avoid any delay
pertaining to billet sticking and refractor displacement.
2. To work closely with the shift in charge for proper control of furnace
during normal running.
3. House keeping must be maintained.
4. To control furnace temperature during normal operation.
5. To maintain fuel oil used for the furnace.
6. To follow the standard operating procedure given by the furnace in
charge during start up and normal operation.
7. Prior to mill start up for test run the furnace operator must see to it
that billet temp is reach to 1180 to 1200 deg.c.
8. To operator will check the function of all equipments such as Billet
ejector, Billet pusher, Roller table and billet chain conveyer. He will
then relay all the information to the furnace supervise or to the
furnace.
9. To see to it that billet discharge will be zero delay.
10. To maintain the gap of discharging billet, the signal of which is come
from the roughing operator.
11. To maintain the proper supply of combustion air to the furnace.
12. To remove scales in the area for every four hours prior to good scale
maintenance of the furnace during normal operation.
EQUIPMENTS HANDLED
BRF Pusher type & walking hearth furnace capacity 90 MT/H and its
auxiliaries. OIL and Natural Gas Fired.
EDUCATION
> Diploma in Mechanical from Oxford Polytechnic university, Bangalore in
the year 1999
