> Construction manager for an Owner-as-Construction-Manager self-
performed 55 MW simple cycle ultra-fast track power plant.
Managed and coordinated every aspect of project's construction
in a union environment, in the worst New York City weather in 50
years. Scope of management included civil, mechanical,
electrical, instrumentation disciplines as well as the overall
management of subcontractors project controls staff. The
construction of the project resulted in the smoothest
construction and startup of all of Long Island Power Authority's
concurrent projects.
