Frame deck and Frame Pad.My duties for this area were to insure every frame loaded on line by my hourly
employees matched the line call number and were placed is the proper order and in time as to not cause a
slowdown nor a stoppage. I had hourly, TC, RO's and one supervisor per shift under my direction. I had to
insure proper call timing for rail cars to be switched and unloaded in timely manner and to insure all frames
were properly placed in their proper containing areas and that all frames arrived undamaged. I reported directly
to plant manager for if there was one glitch on my end it amounted to million dollars a min. loss. If any down time
it was my responsibilities to investigate and file the reports put responsible parties on notice and administer
proper corrective action. Daily production reports attendance reports loss time reports. This is the fastest pace
area of the plant and is where the true work began.

coverage from another area if shorthanded or vacation taken that job was covered by area TC or RO fallowing
seniority and contract guidelines. Filed all reports nightly on production also all hourly employee time keeping
all injury reports.
