Develop, update and integrate schedules for Infrastructure projects; Prepare multiple project
schedules to comply with government regulatory. Schedules are developed and organized by
project codes, by disciplines and by project major phases or gates. Develop Basis of Schedule
and update as needed by project phase. Close coordination with project engineers to update the
project schedule. Attend bi-weekly project status meeting, coordinate with contractors,
engineering and construction to obtain status report to update project schedule. Consolidate and
update overall project schedules. Update key milestone dates, Provide look-ahead schedule and
variance analysis report. Update monthly forecast for construction requirements, monthly actual
man-hour report and monthly Spend Profile Report. Worked on the development of Level-3
resource loaded construction schedule Developed progress tracking spreadsheet and commodity
curves for all disciplines. Provide inputs on construction execution strategy & advice of any
corrective actions on schedule variances. Contribute in the submission of monthly report by
providing progress & manpower curves, commodity curves, schedule and progress narratives,
and lookahead schedules. Attend in internal weekly & client monthly report meetings & discuss
with client current progress and schedule status. Coordinate with both client and
Engineering/Procurement planners regarding engineering and procurement deliverables that
directly affect construction schedule. Provide RAS (required at site) dates and construction
received IFC dates for EP Planner to link into their schedule. Make sure that the master schedule
manhours and quantities resources are matching from that of the estimate database.

Planner/Scheduler
Craftwood Sonnenberg Inc. of Canada
Work closely with the Project Managers and Contractors. Attend weekly project status
construction meeting. Compile schedules from various contractors, consolidate different
schedules from various contractors into one master schedule and provide overall project schedule
updates bi-weekly to Project Management. Monitor contractor’s schedule and prepares schedule
variance analysis report. Provide schedule analysis on predecessors/successors and
logic/relationship type, total float to review valid critical path. Developed Key Milestone Table
Chart and provide bi-weekly updates to track Baseline Dates vs Actual/Forecast Dates. Develop
Level-3 baseline resource loaded schedule for all discipline. Develop progress tracking
spreadsheet for all disciplines broken down into milestones. Monitor and update every shift the
construction schedule based on physical progress accomplishment, where the basis for the
progress percentage are inputs from quantity surveyors and sub-contractors. Monitor and update
earned and actual labour hours as well as commodity quantities and compare it to baseline plan.
Coordinate with both client and Engineering/Procurement planners regarding engineering and
procurement deliverables that directly affect construction schedule. Provide RAS (required at
site) dates and construction received IFC dates for EP Planner to link into their schedule. Make
sure that the master schedule manhours and quantities resources are matching from that of the
estimate database. Provide inputs construction execution strategy and advice of any corrective
actions on schedule variances. Produce progress and manpower curves showing actuals &
forecast compared to baseline.
