Responsibilities
Mid day shift 'rush hour' had me relaying over 150+ calls to doctors, contractors, landlords, and any other company who had a contract with TMC. It was my duty to relay these msgs in a timely manner and with as much detail I could possibly enter with the limited space we were provided.
Accomplishments
I was able to move up 2 positions in the short time I was there. After being a CSR I moved up to verifier;I'd call back the original caller to verify they received a call back. There after I moved up once again to 'dispatcher' that role consisted of I relayin the actual msg to the dr, the landlord, the lawyer, the apt complex mngr, etc.

I started at Party City during its busiest season of the year, Halloween. It was an exciting fun experience to be able to work with the staff and amount of people I encountered during those few weeks. It was basically an audition to be hired on to the yearly staff instead of being let go at the end of the Halloween season. My main duties were to perform excellent customer service and maintain a balanced till after every shift. Now I have been trained as a stocker and am able to provide better service to a customer if needed. I was recently let go due to a drop in sales, which called for some employees to be dropped from the stores budget.
