Sr. Manager - Distribution Operations

Leadership responsibilities for the Main Distribution Center and Logistics

team serving the

Drilling Division within Forum. The MDC, with a monthly output of $10M,

supports all Drilling customers

along with the replenishment needs of 15 domestic and 4 international Forum

locations.

The Logistics team handles the import needs of 10 manufacturing facilities

worldwide along with the export

requirements for all drilling division customers and Forum international

locations.

. Reduced FTE's by 23% while increasing On-Time deliveries by 7% to a 98%

. Increased inventory accuracy, from an accounting prospective, by 0.5%

(99.44% to 99.94%) and simultaneously increased operational inventory

Operations Manager

Houston Division specializing in the Electrical & Oilfield Industries with

an output average of $4.8M per month for orders shipped worldwide.
