Projects with Patni Computer Systems

IPlanet and SUN One Application servers
Location: Munich, Germany
Duration: Sept 2002 – July 2004

career. This involved developing a B2B site and carrying out business with our
customers. We received the closing from the clients (Brokers) in the form of XML
messages over the Internet via SOAP. These messages are then processed, mapped to
our format and then moved over a workflow process which involves both human and
system interactions. The message is validated through sets of business rules. The final
step involves in booking the data into the Legacy system. The System has different
components carrying out each of the activities and key was to devise the fail over
mechanism and error handling without having any inconsistent state.
