WHO AM I?
I am a well-educated and internationally savvy HR Specialist who is passionate about people as a point of differentiation. Currently working at the Talent
Department of Coca-Cola Italy, I am in charge of attracting, assessing and recruiting new talents, but I also have expertise in performance appraisal
systems and recruitment, having worked at Cedacri and Patheon Group. I am fluent in English, having completed a student secondment at Bentley
University in Boston. For me, it’s all about results and making a demonstrable and significant impact. I challenge the status quo and I believe that the bar
can always be raised. I am looking for a new professional experience where I can contribute with my skills, learn new processes and develop my career. I

Managed the Talents Acquisition process at Coca-Cola HBC through direct hunting;
Managed the Future Leader’s and New Graduates’ Assessment process at Coca-Cola HBC;
Developed and implemented the Coca -Cola HBC Employer Branding Strategy;
Led the change management of the new recruitment processes (Shared Services Framework model) at Coca-Cola HBC
Designed and implemented the Performance Appraisal system at Cedacri Group;
WHERE AM I NOW?
I am responsible for:
the life cycle of the recruitment process at Coc a-Cola HBC Italy.
the cross functional Coca-Cola HBC Graduate Program: Management Trainee Program;
the implementation of the Coca-Cola HBC Italy Employer Branding Strategy;
delivering monthly KPI’s to country and corporate;
ensuring all the activities related to recruitment process are aligned with company procedure respecting the SLA.

Competency Based Interview (Targeted Selection);
Assessment & Acceleration Centre: strong experience in the assessment of New Graduates for entry level positions and Manager involved in
Career Acceleration processes;
Programme Management: significant experience in the coordination of key programmes such as Graduate Program;
Solid experience in the developing and implementing an Employer Branding Strategy;
Project Management: experience in change management project regarding the transition of Recruitment processes to Shared Services ;
