groups and all international subsidiaries in Europe, Middle East and

Africa. Specific activities covered include Global Credit Risk

Management, International contract negotiations and deals

structuring, export compliance and overseeing the entire Cash-To-

Cash Cycle.

• Built the International Risk and projects risk control infrastructure to

address business development and expansion in the EMEA which

resulted in 97% current status of the managed Accounts Receivable

from 32% current status in just 3 months while achieving a 15%

increase in new orders booking.

• Prepared the global compliance manual and led the

implementation/ institutionalization and updated all the international

business units’ procedures including operational and credit risk

policies to generate a 90% reduction in liquidated damages, a 95%

increase in billing accuracy and 80% DSO reduction.

• Coordinated all audits (external, Internal, Sarbanes Oxley) for

business groups and international operations resulting in saving

40% of the time allotted.

• Prepared country-specific exposure policy and reviewed global

operations in terms of risk assessments (credit, financial, political,
