specialty, oncology centers. Projects ranged from $800K (vault only) to $3M (for the whole center).

Produced a standardized prototypical oncology treatment room set of drawings (the vault), saving the firm time.

Developed standardized selections for clients to choose finishes and construction, ranging from high-end ($175-$200 SF

cost), to moderate ($125-$150), to economical ($85-$110).

Led a team of two to four people based on the size of the project.

Created a sophisticated system and detailed checklist for each oncology center.

Conducted code research to ensure compliance with each state’s codes. Established a checklist of building code items for

$200K improvements to $20M additions to a college campus.

Worked closely with the Project Architect on matters of design and constructability.

Led teams of drafters and interns on educational facilities.

Developed a set of office drafting standards for computer drafting.
