Legacy Systems is involved in the design, development and manufacturing of
state of the art wafer cleaning and drying systems based on patented
technology. Principal products include:
- Ozone delivery systems for both ambient and low temperature
applications.(EPA green Chemistry Award ).
- Ozonated DI-water (100 ppm concentration).
- Complete Wet Bench system with automation (up to 4 tanks) with
Dryer (Dryzone).

. Responsible for managing Engineering, Manufacturing and Documentation
departments consisting of electrical, mechanical, software and

. Directly responsible for detail design of all electrical / control
systems based on customer's input and Process P&ID (Legacy systems
uses both PC and PLC).
. While at Legacy, my designs included 1) LOG6-TT (Ambient Ozone
delivery systems), 2) several experimental systems for customer
evaluation, and 3) a complete, 2-4 tank Wet Bench with robotic wafer

Applied Process Technology is involved in the design, development and
manufacturing of state of the art Water Remediation Systems for removal of
MTBE and other VOC from contaminated waters utilizing ozone, hydrogen
peroxide and UV, as well as the unique design of Reactors and Injectors.
. Responsible for electrical, control, process hardware and software
development.
. Responsible for developing system architecture, control strategy,
SCADA system and local & remote monitoring and paging via modem.
Control strategy includes control system hardware & software detail
specifications.
. Hardware design includes system power distribution, selection of
various types of PLCs, PCs, process hardware like Ozone generator,
H2O2 metering pump, pressure, flow, level, MFC, and temperature

. Joined CUTEK at start-up, responsible for hiring key technical people
and setting up various groups.
. Designed and built first two prototypes for doing initial work on
electro-plating (deposition).

power laser and industrial robots for automatic laser welding for
automotive industry.

electrical, and software engineers, technicians and draftsmen.

Project Engineer (1973 - 1978)
As project Engineer, designed the complete instrumentation and controls for
the state of the art microprocessor-based Liquid Chromotograph, winner of
IR 100 award. Designed the product called MINIGRATOR, first low cost
digital integrator for Chromotographic applications using Rockwell
International's PPS - 4 microprocessor, winner of IR 100 award. Developed
the first Thermal Printer / Plotter using Stepping motors and Thermal
print head.
