Administrative Assistant to the Property Manager, Haverhill, MA (Part-

time)

Support the Property Manager who is not on site and communicate daily to

make sure the process for the company is followed. Responsible for

managing 236 Condo Units, daily interaction with the unit owners, taking

work orders from them and solving their issues. Working with the Condo's

maintenance worker, dealing with all vendors i.e., electricians,

painters, carpenters, etc.

Process a number of special reports when requested, provide phone

coverage, and ordering all supplies/equipment when required.

Secretary to the President (Part-time)

Responsibilities included daily use of the Internet to update a client

base of over 1200 clients; supporting two other executives; interacting
