Experience
QIT Labs – Help Desk/Customer Support December 2013-Present
I am responsible to respond to email support tickets that come in via the website regarding the
application “MapMe”. I have to research and provide a solution to the ticket and converse with the
customer until their problem is solved.
Price Self Storage – Customer Service Call Analyst December 2008-Present
I am responsible to listen in on customer service calls and to rate the calls based on a number of questions. It is
my job to inform the company of what calls are “100%” calls, which would earn that employee a bonus, or to
notify the company of calls that are sub-standard and where the employee can improve their level of customer
service. I am responsible to grade 30+ calls a month, and I am a 1099 contractor.
American Precious Metals Exchange - Accounting Assistant November 2007-January 2009
I was responsible for light Accounts Receivable duties requiring customer service, as well as responsible for
many accounting duties, such as balancing bank accounts, and customer accounts. I also helped in other areas
of the company that were short staffed, such as the shipping department, as well as in the store front helping
customers.
Superior Pool Products - Accounts Receivable Manager November 2006-November 2007
I was responsible for customer service, and collections on all accounts. Received a bonus and award for having
95% collected by a monthly deadline. Handled light order issues, as well as took all payments, balanced all
accounts and communicated with corporate on a daily basis regarding account status. Established and
implemented a new filing system for customer files, and closed tickets. Established relationships with
customers, and was able to assist in looking up parts. Also responsible for handling thousands in cash per day,
and making daily bank runs handling deposits.

I was responsible for payables, receivables and collections, as well as invoicing, receiving payments, sorting
and distributing mail, payroll entry, worker’s comp, quarterly sales tax, credit checks, petty cash, expense
reports, bank reconciliations, sales commissions, managing properties in Quickbooks, leases and tenant

Tyndall Federal Credit Union – Bank Teller/CSR May 2003-October 2003
As a bank teller/customer service representative, I was responsible for handling tens of thousands of dollars a
day, and kept my drawer balanced daily. I also help balance the vault, ran the drive up teller window, processed
bank transactions for customers, loan payments, and customer service on any banking issue. I also processed
money orders, cashier’s checks and bank wires.
