Responsible for the ads printed in the newspaper on a daily basis. Also involved with the

production of special sections - 5 or 6 various books are printed throughout the month. Also help

paginate the classified pages when needed.

In addition to the newspaper, I am also responsible for two grocery store ads that print on a weekly

basis. Throughout the week it is my job to put together a new ad for each individual store based on

the ad copy that is given to me. Layout and design vary on each ad according to the stores

requests for that particular week.

Hired in the digital department after the completion of summer internship.

Assigned to the digital department where files were cleaned up in Photoshop and converted to the

appropriate size to be printed on one of four digital printers. Became familiar with how other

operations were conducted within the business: including the production of silk screened t-shirts on

manual and automatic machines, as well as posters, hitch pins, and road signs printed within this

same atmosphere.
