Worked inside the fab on a daily basis to maintain 95% or better up times on two critical
dimension measurement tool sets always following Intel’s policies, rules and regulations. The
tools were Scatterometry and Overlay metrology. As the site expert, utilized and interpreted
schematics to troubleshoot embedded problems within the PCB have and cable assemblies.
Duties included removing, repairing, and replacing multi axis robots, linear stages, stage
controllers and axis cards and calibrated linear scanning arm and axis cards using an oscilloscope
and DVM. I also performed optical alignments with HENE lasers to keep tools within
measurement specifications also performing adjustments of Crozet sensors, working with fiber
optic cables, ND filters, and pneumatics.
Installed new equipment following standard operating procedures.
Perform installation qualification tests, and submitted data to tool
Owners within allocated time frame as well as monthly tool PM’s.
Also maintaining accurate parts inventory, submitted time sheets, field service reports,
