• Developed plant environmental newsletter, “Green Tips” as a casual interactive news service for employees. Recruited “Environmental Ambassadors” to promote proactive compliance at all levels of the organization and increase employee empowerment.
• Managed chemical approvals and procurement process for site and contractors. Reduced site hazardous material purchases and waste generation. Upstream waste reduction, approximately 35%.
