and implementing compensation programs, including executive compensation

Clients included a variety of Latin American subsidiaries for Citibank,
HBO, and Ricoh Technologies. Although the projects varied in scope, the
overall atmospheres were similar. The Latin American subsidiary office
functions in a dual role.
. The first role provides compensation oversight and consultative
service to the Latin American region. This ensures the Latin
American region is consistently implementing the overall
compensation philosophy while simultaneously maintaining a
competitive position in each country
. The second role is to support the parent company though reporting,
HRIS system integrity and ensuring the Latin American region is

. Project lead for year-end merit and recognition program consisting
